What this assistant does

Ask questions about OpsPlans decks and it will search the indexed content to return a direct answer with citations.

Good questions to ask

• “Show every UPC for Mr. Pibb 2026 and the slide number where it appears.”
• “What is the in-market date for <program>?”
• “Which slides mention ‘launch plan’ for <brand>?”
• “Summarize key launch steps for <program>.”

Tips

• Be specific: program name + year + what you need (UPC, dates, packaging, launch steps, etc.).
• If results are broad, narrow it: “only show slides from the Operating Plan” or “only show Program items.”
• Click a citation thumbnail to preview the slide, and use Download if available.

Limits

• It can only answer from content that has been indexed and available to your access.
• If a deck isn’t indexed yet, it may not appear in citations.
